Two '77 442's for sale in Texas

So these have been at a shop lot for a few years now. If anyone wishes for me to inquire about them I will. Just let me know.

Maybe I should provide some more information. These two cars have been sitting in the same place for at least 4 years now and have never been moved. They are located in Waxahachie Texas in the parking lot of an auto repair shop of some sort which doesn't do a lot of business. I thought that someone may have an interest in these as parts or as projects and I would try to identify the owner and check with them.

That 69 Chevy looks interesting. I had one back in the day with a 327.

He's going to restore them someday. If not, he saw one just like it sell on Mecum for $75,000.

A photo taken from space might provide more information...

(sorry, that was too easy).

Sorry Joe, you are correct. I will try to get some more information on them and maybe some better images.

Dan - Enter the shop address into Google Maps you might find Google already has images of the cars if they've been sitting four years.
Getting harder to hide anything these days...

A neighbor of mine has a little English car under a tarp in his driveway. It hasn't moved in the 7 years I've lived here. It's too bad that cars get forgotten. 😥

His name is GT

He has some cool cars, one of which is a 66 442 he’s had since hi school.

Somewhat

I have spoken to him on a few occasions. I met him first when he stopped by my place to inquire about one of my old cars.
GT always has a good story to tell.

Gt

I believe the 76 442’s belong to his son. I’m interested in a different one he has.

You are probably correct. I stopped by there, the door was open but nobody answered my hail. There was a 1963 Starfire and a 1954 (I think) 88 in the building. I didn't hang around, I wanted to respect his property. If it is him I'll leave it for people to contact him on their own. Those two cars outside are 442's.

so here is an update. I stopped by again and he was there. His name is Mr. Morton, he still runs a towing business but he used to own the Oldsmobile dealership here in Waxahachie Tx. He said he will sell both of them but only as a pair for $6500. One of them he is personally familiar with as he sold it to the original owner and it is a one owner car. He has all the documentation as well as the title. He gave me permission to share this info and post his contact number which is 972-938-2266.
