1968 BOP Axle shaft question (non-c clip)

Looking to do a disk break in the rear and pull the rear Axle shaft out to replace the bearings, seals, and update with longer Moroso wheel studs. Does anyone know if the "inner retainer" or "inner axle bearing lock ring" is reusable? Rockauto doesn't show a replacement part for this and the bearings don't show that it's included. Fusick wants $48.50 for each bearing however appears to come with the inner retainer for the bearing.

The retainer should come with the new bearing. The early O-Type sealed bearing is RW507C and the seal is 8594S.

The National RW507C bearing is $24 at O'Reilly Auto Parts. My local store shows to have it in stock:

The national 8594S seal is $11 at O'Reilly Auto.

It usually gets destroyed when the retainer is removed.
