Your opinions please

I have a gentleman who has contacted me from out of state and wants me to go look at this car for him to possibly purchase. I don't have a cowl tag but I have a message in to him. Please give me your thoughts and opinions on the car and the price. The Vin is 344679Z130430. I'm not enthused with the incorrect Air cleaner, and I would expect a much cleaner engine compartment for the asking price. It's Being represented as a Colorado car so I don't expect to find any rust with that low of mileage. Thanks in advance for your knowledge and expertise.

Nice but overpriced.
Wrong rockets on the door panels.
Needs to be the 396026-G block with
a turbo OG trans. Bench and no a/c,
No way for 40K. Just one mans opinion.

I know of a 69 convertible 442 with the same miles and original paint. It also had no A/C but did have buckets and floor shift. He had a hard time getting $30K but did get it. With a repaint and bench column shift i say he would be lucky to get even close to $30K

It is a bit on the pricey side even with the low miles.

I'm thinking about $26-27K would be fair.
It's beautiful, but it's not overly desirable with the column shift/bench seat/green exterior combo.

Update: The missus and I spent a Saturday and went and looked at the car. It drove fairly well, but has some issues. By the looks its a well taken care of 120K mile car.
Axle seals, intake gaskets, radiator, pinion seal leaks. trans is weepy but on a low mile rebuild. Here are some photos of some of the issues and blemishes.
