I believe these were reproductions...? They have been reproduced over the years. Seems a pretty high price for repro's. Trouble is you need the correct aircleaner for tripower which I believe was reproduced at one time. I don't think many are looking for the OAI bezels...

The best way to judge a price on anything is what can you buy it for elsewhere. If you can find it.

Then how bad do you want them?

What someone is willing to pay is not a good judge of what something is worth to everyone.

I was fortunate enough to purchase a new set of ducts direct from my local GM dealer many years ago to go with my tri-power air cleaner.... Or to use as spares for my 67-W30.....

Welcome.

Clearly SOMEONE paid that price, and it only takes one. This is economics 101: supply and demand. If you can find these parts elsewhere for less money, buy them.

Hint: you won't...

I have NOS 66 OAI parts including ducts. I would sell them, but not cheap. I could never replace the parts once I sold them. As above, the value depends on need and availability. Not many feel they need them, but availability, especially of NOS, is extremely low.
