Which repop air filter to use with OEM pie tin?
Which repop air filter to use with OEM pie tin?
I want to install an original-style air filter on my '67 and use the OE 442 pie tin, like in this shot:

So I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of an aftermarket assembly that closely mimics the OEM lid shape that will enable me to use the factory pie tin.

Thanks for the replies. So is the factory filter assembly available as a repop? For my purposes I don't need OEM...those are better off in the hands of someone doing a correct restoration.
Pretty sure that's just a standard 14" diameter filter, same as any AC A212CW.
Which incidentally is what the parts book calls for on 1966-67 400 engines except OAI.
So you should be able to use any 14" diameter filter element in any height that will fit underhood. A 3" height is OE, but 4" and 5" height will pass more air.
