Broadcast Card Questions - '70 W30

I was just wondering if there may be some more knowledgeable people out there that could tell me what info was really covered on a "Broadcast Card". My '70 W30 came with the card and everything matches but as I understand it these were from Fisher Body ???? So, whilst my card shows the W30 option I was wondering if these cards typically had other codes like the W27 rear axle etc that were more related to the drivetrain than the body. Obviously the axle codes wen't on the cards but were options like W27 on them ??
Attached is my broadcast card with the last 2 digits of VIN edited out.

Sorry, I should have searched more threads on the site. Think I've answered all my questions with a bit of research. Thanks all.

Well from numerous threads I've read, the common theme was that the Broadcast sheet only lists the options that effected the build of the body of the car and what Fisher had to provide. So driveline options like the W27 technically wouldn't have been listed because it didn't effect the body build. Well that's how I've interpreted it so far.
Having said that, there are many cars that should have had codes on their Broadcast sheet as they had options which required specific input from Fisher - but strangely many Broadcast sheets don't specify those options.
