Do you mean the radiator top plate? That goes over the top of the radiator, and holds it in place? The metal piece? Also the other piece do you mean plastic fan shroud?

Good luck with that...

Most of these repro places are hard pressed to provide accurate technical info for popular cars like Chevelles. Their knowledge of Oldsmobiles, especially rare parts on rare Oldsmobiles, is lacking at best.

I guess I'm still not sure exactly what part you are asking about. Is this the metal top plate for the radiator or the plastic fan shroud? I've got a 1968 W-30, and neither of those is "two piece". No this photo is not my car. This one appears to have an incorrect disc brake metering valve (with a drum brake M/C) and repro red inner fenders).

I'm in the process of restoring a 68 442 W30 4 speed cars as well. The 4 speed cars shouldn't get the plastic fan shroud, just the auto did.

Here is a thread that discussed this:
https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...an-shroud.html

There are a couple different version of the rad top plate for 68, here another thread that discussed it as well:
https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums...questions.html

I hope this helps.
