new owner of 1970 Cutlass Supreme convertible
Hi Olds guys,
A couple weeks ago I bought an older restored (frame-on) 1970 Astro blue Cutlass Supreme convertible. The car is beautiful and certainly draws attention. I've already read a number of posts on this site which have provided valuable information - as a newbie I have a lot to learn.
The car has Cragar wheels right now, but I'm in the process of refurbishing the original Rally SSI rims (14x7). I intend to put BF Goodrich 225/70R14 tires on them. Some pictures will be posted next week.

Any pics of your car?
Hi there!
I have what sounds like a pretty similar car, '70 Cutlass Supreme convertible, also Astro Blue. I had 'bright blue' interior, I'm in the midst of changing it to Pearl. I'm taking the back seat and the four sheet metal panels down to the upholstery shop tomorrow. Hope they come out well!

Very cool mv213. Try to publish some pics on this site. I'll get some together next weekend after I get the suspension replaced and original Rally's/new tires mounted.
Good luck with the new interior.
Good luck with the new interior.

Here's the car on the day I bought it. The previous owner was a GM guy in Lansing, MI. The original Rally wheels were stored in a pull barn; I'll be putting them on later this week.
