Four core or equivalent sized radiator recommendations.

Looking for a manufacturer recommendation for a four core or equivalent radiator. Must be direct fit preferably OE looking. Engine is 408ci J&S with a mild cam. Street cruiser, not a racer. Manual Transmission and AC. Budget is around 500.00 but less than that is preferred. Any assistance y'all can provide is greatly appreciated.

There's numerous aluminum radiators out there that would fit and function well. But if you wanted it to look original you might get a Harrison 4 row and have it re-cored. Do you already have the 4 row top plate and bottom saddles? If you go with a factory one you'll need that. If you go aftermarket you may find something that will cool well enough and fit under the three row top plate. Surf ebay for aftermarket. Or try the search option for aluminum radiator.

Here's one that may or may not still be available, worth checking out if you want to go that way.

One of the fellas in the local Olds Club has a large aluminum radiator that has 4 row sized end tanks and fits in with the 4 row saddles. It's painted black and from all outward appearances looks "original".

Another option is what I have - a high efficiency 4 row core installed on the factory 3 row end tanks. Fits perfectly and cools very well. It's a Craig 858384 High Efficiency core that the radiator shop said was available as a core only and not as a complete radiator.

I got a brand new 4 core for my 65 from US radiator. It was a perfect copy of the original it was just a a little more than your budget but they are nice.
