Broken body mount bolt
#4
The front body mount at the cowl torque box is just a bolt with a loose nut, some used a square nut(like yours) others used a flanged hex nut( depending on the assembly plant or year built). Try to get a wrench in there to hold it . Inline & others sell the bolt kit for the front mount. It's the easiest one to do since you can get to the nut. Any other body bolts on the car( they vary from car to car) like the 4 under the trunk have cage nuts spot-welded inside the floor braces. If you break one of those you'll have to cut a hole in the floor pan to get to the nut( a hole saw or small cut off wheel work well) I changed all the body mounts on my '68 a couple years ago. I was dreading it but I really lucked out as they all unbolted! It took me longer to realign the bumpers than to change the mounts!

You should be able to get a punch on the underside and drive it out the top. Judging by the crust around the body mount bushing I'm going to bet the mount location on the frame needs work
