Help removing bolt-on center caps on SS2's

Hi All,

I just picked up a set of 14" SS2 wheels with the bolt-on center caps (from fellow member @WTony) and I am working on prepping them to be resprayed. Got the trim rings and smaller chrome rings off no problem, but the bolts holding the center caps in are super tight and haven't had much luck loosening them.

I used a vice grip so far, but its not working so I was wondering if there is a trick or certain tool that is most successful in getting these off?

Thanks,
Bill

try a penetrating spray first, sometimes if possible you can tightening the bolt a tiny bit and that will break it loose, then you can back it out

Impact wrench?
If they are rounded, you might have to hammer on a socket.
