My brother picked these 15's up years ago for 10 buckss. The rings are perfect, as well as caps. He said get them out of my garage!
I'll keep them for my '72..

I just redid the same wheels on my 75 Hurst about a month ago when I put new tires on. It costs me $125 to have them sandblasted and I used one can of the two part epoxy spray can primer for about $30. Then I sprayed them with single stage acrylic enamel.
