I'm thinking of installing dog dish hub caps on my 1967 cutlass supreme and would like to install 15 inch rims in the process, I would be ordering the from OPGI,but do I need special rims to make them work? I have heard about tabs and I'm unsure what those look like, are they near the lug nut holes or? what do they even look like. any info or photo would be appreciated. thank you
I think I have dog dish hubcaps and rims in my basement from a 67 Delmont 88 police car with 15" rims. I can dig around and see if I can take some photos. I don't believe there were any special clips.
That would be great if those dog dish are the same as cutlass and willing to sell let me know i wish the rims would fit I'd offer to buy it all. but thank you for the help I'd just hate to spend the money trying to find what works and doesn't work. your help is much appreciated
Unfortunately not for sale. I took a quick look and couldn't find the hubcaps, but will look again over the weekend to see if I can take photos. They may be buried somewhere.
Here are the listings for all the 1966-67 dog dish hubcaps. 14" F85 are different than full size except for Jetstar 88(5200). Problem you will have is you want 15" wheels. The dog dish will have to match the specific wheels you get. As you say 15" full size are different bolt pattern so won't work.
