Scraping after disk brake conversion.

Scraping after disk brake conversion.
So this weekend I installed a disc brake conversion kit # AFXDC01C by "the right stuff" http://www.summitracing.com/parts/rs...bile/model/442. The kit itself seemed nice enough, everything bolted in fine. After the install i'm getting some nasty scrape up front on my aftermarket wheel tire combo while turning. This kit advertises STOCK height spindles with no drop. This was NOT an issue when bolted up to my old drums up front. Current wheel and tire size is 15x8 VN420 AR wheels with BF Goodrich Radial T/A 255/60r15 on all 4 corners.
This was a set off craigslist I picked up last year. I'm guessing the answer is to go with a slightly smaller tire up front? Just confused as to why i'd scrape now and not before if the spindles were stock height. I'm contacting the right stuff today as well with this question. One thing i'm noticing is my wheel looks offset in the wheelwell towards the rear. Check out this picture and give me a few opinions please.

The stock 10.75" disk brakes push the wheel mounting surface (and thus the wheels and tires) outboard about 3/4". That's life, unfortuately. Sounds like you were close before and this pushed it over the edge.

Of course, the question is, what wheels? I also run 255/60-15 BFGs on the stock wheels on my 69 H/O, with the same minor rubbing at full lock on a bump.

I have not found the exact location where it is hitting, but a moderate to tight turn will scrape its *** off, bumps set it off too. It's on my buddies lift atm, i'll try to turn the wheel fully tonight and get under it to see where it's catching.
