Will tires rub?

You should have no problems with clearance with that size -- because they're too small!
They are no wider than the original tires, really. But at 25.1" in diameter, they are about 1-1/2" smaller than the originals. I know some people like this size, but I feel it looks way too small in the wheel well. If you want to run 60-series tires, go to a 15" wheel.

I am looking to replace the tires I have because of dry rot. The car is not mint by any means so I'm just looking for the cheapest raised white letter tires that will fit my 14" rims. I cant find any online and was wondering if I stayed with 14" rims, what would be my best solution?

BF Goodrich Radial T/A is a good, inexpensive, raised-white letter muscle car tire. Size P225/70R14 is closest to your car's original tires.
