Wheel Identification

Hello Everyone!

I had hoped someone here would be able to help me identify the era and make and model of these wheels?

I see 14" middle 80's cutlass as an option.

Pat,

Are there any markings (beside the 14 on the tire) that I can look for that would help confirm what they are?
