They are a version of the Super Stock wheels - bolt on center caps; and they were built for the Cutlass. IIRC these were only available from 68-74. Check and see if they are the 6" or 7". That will make a difference on what size tires you can use.

150 for 4 is high. I can get SS wheels from the boneyard for 20-25 apiece and that includes the 5 trim bezels that are missing from these.
Correct for your 70 442? Yes they are the N66 option. I just checked the 70 SPECS on 442 and it came standard with G70/14 tires. So the 14" wheel in that specific pattern (bolt on) would be correct.
Your call on the price haggling. If it was me, I'd hit him with 100 since it's missing the trim pieces and see what he says. I thought you had them already. BTW you really need 5, one for the trunk if you're doing a factory correct resto. That means you also need:
* new trunk decal for SS storage
* clips to hold the jack handle
* shorter J hook for the tie down
* proper tie down nut that goes through the lug hole.
SSII for your car would require changing wheel color to argent gray. I believe the 70 442's came that way - not as SSIII (body color coded)
The bolt on centers are reproduced so no problem getting them, but they were running a little over 50.00 each last time I checked. Trim rings are pricey, and so are the 25 bezels you'll need. (I would buy those bezels used and have them polished for less than the price of repops)
Hope this helps a bit.

That does help. Thanks Allen. He said they were plain steel rims for a 442. I know these are hard to find in 7". I thought I would setup a poverty look. They turned out to be these SS2's or 3's. I already have the SS1's. I don't need the added expense to restore these. Bob
