Got me some Chevy 15x7" Camaro wheels for my Delta
Got the set of four for $100, one of 'em has a different serial number than the other 3, but cosmetically they are all the same. Came with two center caps, no tires, they're in pretty nice shape though. Now I just need some white letter tires
Not sure what all the markings mean, I know the 15x7 means they are 15x7's, and I think that JJ is the tire size in the old tire lettering system.
I will get some pics of them on the car when I get some tires, the tires and wheels I have on my car are going under my current project, my 1983 S10.

You may want to do a test fit before you buy tires... I think those are 5X4.75 bolt pattern and I'm not sure, but I think your Olds may be 5X5? Maybe someone else will chime in on this....just didn't want to see you spend money on tires then go "awh s**t"...... Been there...

I know the Custom Cruisers from about 1980-1985 had heavy duty suspension as standard, some '86's did, but it was an option only on the 87-89 wagons as far as I could tell. Not sure about the '77-79 Custom Cruisers. Finding brake parts for the '86 Custom Cruiser my family had was annoying, it was an interchange year and still had heavy duty brakes, so we had to get parts for a '85 for whatever reason.
I believe the 98's had the 5x5 lug pattern as standard however, and I'm pretty sure that the '77-79 98's shared a slightly different chassis than the Delta 88's of those years. Unlike the cars up in the 80's, where I am pretty sure the 88's, 98's, and Custom Cruisers shared the same chassis with a few minor differences, mostly in the wagons with heavy duty suspension.
In short, these wheels will fit my car, as will several brake components for much smaller vehicles. Keep in mind though, my car only weighs 3,600lbs. It's not as heavy as some of the more optioned vehicles, it only has a 4bbl 350 SBC and AC as factory options, with that 350 being replaced for a Goodwrench unit back in 1993 as I understand it. The only thing I'm really changing is the tire size, stock size is 215/75R15, I'm going with a 235/70R15.

I'm glad that's going to work out for you... I just wasn't sure. My 75 Delta is 5 on 5. I found that out after I bought some Olds wheels that were 4.75 then had to buy adaptors to make it work... Post some pics when your done!

Will do, gonna be about a month before I can afford tires, gonna get four new ones. Thinking about getting some General Altimax RT's in 235/70R15, but my preferred tire shop does not carry General's.
Also, Joe, I think I'm just gonna start referring to you as a human (I think?) encyclopedia.
But I AM certain that on 1985-1989 Custom Cruisers, the heavy duty brakes where not standard. They came with a package which most dealers opted for, at least that was my understanding of it. Exception mostly being in 1989 when they seemed to throw everything on the cars just to get it out of inventory, most 1988 and pretty much every 1989 Custom Cruiser I've run across was very well optioned. Anyway, to the best of my knowledge, and understanding, the brake changes came about around the time they switched to roller lifters, which was in 1986.
