Does anyone have info or experience with placing 1970 Cutlass disc brake wheels on 1964 Cutlass drum brake car? These are 14". Offset problems? Tire clearance?

All "disc brake" wheels clear stock 9.5" drums. Tire clearance depends on the tires, not the wheels. The wheels are zero offset, which is what you want.
When I build the 64 F-85 post car, I bought a real nice set of GM big car 15 inch steelies from a fellow club member here. That will take care of it. At least it worked for me, just another idea
