Directional Stock steal wheels?

I have a 1983 Oldsmobile 98 that was turned into a hearse. I just now took the hubcaps off after having it more than a year, and noticed a directional arrow along with some other markings. This seems very odd to me so any info would be appreciated.

I've been drinking. But that mark is probably off the casting.
The wheel doesn't matter which was its spins

There are different wheels for each side. So different markings left to right.
