Delta 88 '75 wheels

I'm looking for a set of american racing outlaw rims
that are 7" wide front and 9" rear.
Dont have a glue about backspace but those are from
chevy van and has 5x5". And wheels are 235/275

What is the original backspace in delta 88 '75?
Will 9" wide rim fit in the back? Thanks!

Now i got a wheelset from my brother inlaw. These are not AR i know...
15" and 8" wide.
Gotta go and try these how they fit.. Opinions please.
The plan is if they fit nice, 255 in front and 275 rear. Too wide?

8" wide wheels is the stock size for 71-76 B/C bodies. The wheels need to be 5x5" bolt pattern with 0mm offset and 4" backspacing. Plus, you need to make sure the center bore diameter is large enough to accomodate the front hub. I believe the center bore diameter needs to be at least 3" in diameter.

I have 235/75R15s on my 71 98. I don't think I could put 275s on my 71 98 because they wouldn't fit behind the rear fender skirts. You might be ok on your Delta 88 though. FWIW, I would keep the front and rear tires the same size so you can rotate them.

I'm pretty sure the factory wheels are 7" wide. Keep in mind that wheel width is measured inside the bead mounting surfaces on the wheel, not to the outermost edge of the lip. If you measure about 8" outside-to-outside, you'll get 7" when you measure inside-to-inside.

You're correct. I must have fat fingered or not been thinking. These are actually the wheels I put on my 71 98.
