Decoding SSll wheels

I finally found a nice set of chrome SSll wheels for my 69 H/O tribute, though I feel they're almost to nice to put on the car. Can someone help me decode these. All are 15x7 JJ M4/9, three have 3 - 21 - LX , and one has 4 - 30 - LX , all have M4/9 on inner rim lip.

LX is the wheel code. The "9" in the M49 means the manufacture year is the manufacture year which would be 1969. The 3 21 and the 4 30 are the manufacture dates. Three of your wheels were manufactured on March 21, 1969, and the fourth was manufactured on April 30, 1969. The M4 in the M49 has to do with the manufacturer's plant that made the wheels and I don't have that specific information.

I also don't know where Motor Wheel's #4 plant is .....

M1 - is Motor Wheel Corp. plant #1 = Lansing MI
M5 - is Motor Wheel Corp. plant #5 = Chatham, ONT.

but it looks like the centers were made in MI with the other SS wheels & shipped to another plant for the chrome hoops for the '69 H/O ...... since they were low quantity - I wonder if they had a prototype or low volume department/location ??

Thanks, I just looked at an auction where an original set sold and the pics showed the same m4 numbers also with the lx and 3-21.

at least one of the wheels in the eBay auction are from 1970 - I sold a pair of those I had ~20 years ago - I don't have a picture of the date code on the lip (if they have one?),
I'll ASSUME they were over-the-counter parts made in 1970 ???

M4/0 = Motor Wheel Corp. plant #4 1970
