Does anybody know of any local tire chains that carry classic white wall tires seems they are getting a bit harder to find now a days....

Looking for the whitewall to be 1.3-1.6 inches wide

No regular tire outlet will keep these in stock. You'd have to call and see if they could order them for you. A local tire shop (not a part of chain) was able to help me when I need some once before. I'd make a few phone calls if you haven't already, but you may very well strike out.

You could also go online and find them. Have them shipped to you, or some online places will work with a local tire shop. They'll ship them directly there and you go in and have them mounted.
