Any thoughts on removing the old faded rocket emblems on the center caps,
have new ones to install

put the heat on the inside of the cap

 

Products like Goo B Gone won't penetrate the sticker, but will work for removing the adhesive residue once the sticker has been removed. Heat guns soften the adhesive making removal of the sticker easier. Usually.
