If it's a 350 car without HD suspension it has a 4-3/4" bolt circle and wheels from a Cutlass or other GM A-body or God forbid Chevy Rally will fit.
If it's a factory 403 car, or 350 with HD suspension it has a 5" bolt circle. Not many factory 5x5 sporty wheels available. Buicks and GM trucks had them, and Olds offered SSIV Polycast and N82 Chrome Wheel Option in the 70s.

The easy way to tell is to look at the brakes. The regular-duty cars came with 10.75" front rotors and 9.5" rear drums. These have the 5 x 4.75" bolt pattern. The HD cars came with 12" front rotors and 11" rear drums and used the 5 x 5" bolt pattern.

The stock wheels were 15". Obviously anything larger will fit, assuming you get the correct bolt pattern, width, and offset. As for clearance, tire width and outside diameter also matter.
