Talking 1985 Delta 88 With AR39's

I LOVE THESE WHEELS!!! I remember back before they were discontinued in 2002, my first wife wanted them for her 2002 Cavalier

Been looking for these for a while, then they pop up for sale, with 4 tires 15 minutes from me for $200, with 2 MasterCraft RWL tires and 2 Fusion RWL tires, all 4 where sized 235/60/15. I already have MasterCraft RWL 255/60/15's on the rear wheels with looked like AR 23's that I got for free from a coworker. The Fusions are on those wheels now in the basaement.

I really wasn't in the market for new wheels and tires, but these just popped up on CL and I couldn't pass them up.

The guy dropped the price when I got there to $150. The two MC tires are pretty much brand new, tread wise, although they are 7 years old (don't worry I'm keeping my eye on them, No dry rot since they were sitting in a garage)

Need to be cleaned and I'm waiting on DECENT lug nuts. The Dorman crap ones I bought ACTUALLY STARTED BACKING OFF THE STUDS AFTER 20 MILES Torqued them down, and it happened again, plus the wheel lock, used 6 times, is already starting to strip. Bought new ones from Summit, will get here on Tuesday

Anyway, PICS!! (My rear springs are shot, newer ones are sitting in the closet)

I kinda like those too - great score! Very unique. I also like the RWL on the tires.

I've seen those wheels before, but wasn't a fan of them. But they look good on your Delta.

There should be a date code on every tire, but I forgot how to read them!
Check with a tire store - supposedly any tire over 5 years old is dangerous!
{accordingly to the tire manufacturers???}

Thanks all!!

Yes I know it's dangerous to drive on tires older than 7 years old. These tires are at the 7 year mark in December 2012

All I need is the windows tinted in that side shot and it would lok awesome
