In 1969 These Wheels Must Have Been the Real Deal.
I've had these wheels on my e-bay watch list for a while and they just seem timeless in style and although they are 44 years old they are still relevant. It would have been kick-*** to have them on your 69 or 70 5 x 4 3/4.

My recollection is that Ansen was one of the first, and a leader, when it came to aftermarket alloy racing style wheels. A lot of folk bought them.
"Back in the day" in this instance refers to the mid-60's. I further recollect they were called mag wheels. Now days they seem to be called American Torque Thrust and are readily avialable, and far cheaper than the ebay listing -
