1964 full size 14" tires

hello, i have 14" coker bias ply tires on my 1964 dynamic 88 and its time to change them. im going to take my mechanics advice and get radials. he suggested 215x75x14 cocker. im just concerned that they will make my car sit lower, and i dont like that look, considering rubber spring spacers, or custom springs to raise it an inch or so. any feedback would be great .thanks

Welcome. You'll get a better answer with a dedicated thread rather than digging up one from 2014.

The original tires on your car were 8.00-14, which were about 27.25" in diameter. A modern 225/75-14 is nearly identical in size and would be the right choice if you can find them. 215/75-14s are about half an inch smaller in diameter.
