15x7 front 15x8 rear SS1

Should I run the same size rim and therefore tire front and rear on my 67 442? I thought about 15x8 on the rear and 15x7 front. Any reason against this other than rotations? If this ok or not what tire size would you recommend with either combo?

Any wider than 235 on the front and you will rub the front tires when fully locked in a turn. 235 and 255 is a good recommendation

I have 245/60/15 on front and back of my car, fronts rub this is on 15 x 7 rims. With 15x7s fronts you can have 235/70 and easily 255/60/15 on rear 15 x 8s

Evidently the 255/60 is not available in a redline.
