Got this bumper with some parts think it may be a 70-72 wagon bumper.Though you wagon guys may know Thanks Darren

 

Looks like a 70-72 single-action tailgate Vista Cruiser or Olds A-body wagon bumper to me. I'm not sure if the 68-69 were different but know those years are the same for sure. Vistas came with dual-action gates starting in '70 or '71 so for a regular wagon in those cases. If it had the cutout for the dual-action hinge or "step" I would pay mucho bucks for it, still worth pretty good money in good condition.
