Easiest way to remove '64 Vista rocker panel chrome trim strip?

Whats the easiest way to remove the chrome strip on the 1964's rocker panel so car can be repainted and the chrome re-used? Preferred tool to be used?

There are small bolts that use a 1/4" socket holding the trim on. You have to look under the car, there is a lip that they attach to. I believe there is also a small bolt in the rear wheelwell that hold the small piece behind the door. Then there's a strip that the top of the trim clips to. Remove the bolts first, carefully push up on the trim to get it off the strip that bolts to the side of the rocker. Be careful! You may already know this trim is anodized aluminum and not reproduced. Hard to find for the more common 2 door, must be very hard to find for a Vista Cruiser!

Got the trim off no problem. Took off all the bolts, then used the claw of a clawhammer to get under the bottom of the trim, pulled the hammer up, and gently raises the trim off the top rigid mount. Surprised there was not a single bit of rust under the trim. Rocker panels are perfect and so I just saved 20+ hours of restoration time! No new rockers needed! Thanks for the advice on how to do this!
