“CS” door panel emblems

I tried to remove the CS emblem from my interior door panel before redying the panel and broke the studs off the back. Are these available aftermarket or is there another way to affix them?

Has anyone used any hobby style chrome tape to replace the peeling chrome trim on the same panels?

Not sure about the repair on the studs. Maybe an epoxy? On the chrome trim, if you can find the right width, try looking at the pinstripe section of the auto parts store, they sell chrome pin stripping.
