Is there a special bolt that holds down the intake manifold and spark plug wire harness and if so where can I get one?

 

Should just be a 3/8-16 bolt.

is it supposed to be a bolt w a stud on top (IDK what theyre called) but the a bodies have a bolt like that on the heads like this pic (but not exactly like that)

 

You can use some 3/8" all thread and use two nuts. If you lived close you could come by and I would cut some off and give you. You can get it at Home Depot.

 

The IDK bolt looks good but would like to have the 3/8 on the bottom and the 5/16 on top. Sure would like to find the stock bolt but top end of engine was torn down when I got the car. If no luck finding it might have to weld 5/16 piece of all thread on 3/8 bolt

 

You could drill and tap the 3/8 bolt head for 5/16 thread and make a 5/16 stud to thread in and lock it in with red lock tight. I would not drill very far into the head of the bolt to make sure you don't degrade the bolt strength.
