Favorite muffler for the 303?

In my 1949 rebuild I’ll be taking on the build of a dual exhaust. I don’t want roudy but a low rumble is always fun. Anyone got a favorite muffler for the 303? I’ve used flowmaster super 60 series on a 6cyl 225 v6 used in a Jeep. It’s super nice but just a hint to loud

I have a set of Flowmaster's I think #50's on my 55 and will replace them with the same when or if they need to be replaced. I am aware that they may not get the last HP out of my engine but this car runs on nostalgia as much as horse power and the sound is perfect on acceleration and deacceleration but I can talk to my partner without yelling when just cruising. Sound is as subjective as paint colors or blonds and redheads.....Tedd

Smitty's. I have them on my 54 and they just make it talk. They have not burned out or gotten loud and they are period correct for these old cars. There are lots of good mufflers out there. Porter mufflers are another one you might want to look at. They are packed with stainless steel. If I were doing my Olds today I think I would use them. Here is a link. https://portermufflers.com/

They are a little pricey but they are built out of steel. You would never burn one of those things out.
