Olds j2 rocket engine with 3 deuces

my dad left me this engine after he past in March of this year. It has roughly 10000 original miles on it. I was wanting to know about what it is worth. Also have a short block in the same engine that has balanced and blue printed with an aluminum flywheel. Thanks for any help

More information needed.... I'm assuming this is a stock 371 (57 58) engine with all the stock carbs air cleaners and manifold and not a later 371 (baby 394 style engine) that has been modified.. Also the engine that has the aluminum flywheel is it for sure set up for a stick and you aren't looking at a flex plate and thinking it's a flywheel, makes a difference. What shape is the second engine, any history? Was daddy a drag racer or hot rodder? Were those 10,000 miles a 1/4 mile at a time? How were these engines stored? Will they turn over with a breaker bar and a 1 1/8 inch socket? Where are you located.... Tedd

Tedd, I think you asked all the questions I wanted to know. Pics would definitely be needed.

Sorry I have not been able to respond back. The complete engine has the original oil bath double breather. And yes the fly wheel is aluminum because a magnet won't stick to it. I have a few pics to send. It's in a corner tied up with stuff all around it. And it's been covered up real good. I live n North Carolina near Charlotte. Not sure how to send pics thru this form.
