NEED: 4-page Instructions for mounting all-plexiglass hood to 1949 "88"

I have a "Plastics Unlimited" all-plexiglass (dealer display) hood that fits a 1949/1950 "88" and 1951 "88A" and need a (XEROX or scanned) copy of the 4-page instructions for mounting it to the body. I HAVE the 4-page instructions for the "98" series that I'm willing to trade, if you're interested.
There's NO WAY that I'll ever find the necessary fittings referred to in the Instructions: "In the cloth bag that came with your hood are all the fittings (2 chrome clips, 2 long screws, 1 dozen rubber washers)..." but it would be a TREMENDOUS help to have the "88" instructions!
Thanks for reading this, Cruz

Exclamation

Someone on the Corvette Forum posted a link to the General Motors Heritage Museum Library/Archives, so I contacted them & asked if THEY might have the Instructions that I need. They replied that the only thing they had dealing with a 1949 "all-plexiglass/"see-through"
hood was a single page about applying paint. I replied that I had MORE than they did...so they asked if I would send them what I had. Though I paid some decent $$ to obtain this literature, I complied and sent them 6 different e-mails with multi-page PDF's of see-through related material. Figured: MIGHThelp somebody else out...and - if it's true about "KARMA" - who knows...I might SCORE! I also sent everything I had to Dave at the Ransom E. Olds Transportation Museum, who had previously asked for the 4-page "98" Instructions that I told them I had when I had contacted THEM about "88" Instructions.
The hood IS going on in 2011, with or without instructions!

The hood IS on in 2011...without instructions (just input & labor from Cruise buds)! Getting a LOT of attention at Cruises; 99% of attendees/spectators have never HEARD of, let alone SEEN one...

BE AWARE: Oldsmobile had TEN different "see-thru" hoods available between 1949 and 1953! In 2002, I bought a STEEL hood with plexiglas "inserts" because it was advertised as being for a '50 "88"; when I found out about the TEN different ones, I measured mine, and it was wider at the "lip" right above the grille! I contacted Eddie Rezac, Olds parts dealer from Nebraska, gave him the measurements, and he told me that it was for a '51 "Super 88" and ALL 52's! I advertised it for 18 months in "ROUND-UP" magazine (FREE 20-word ad with black and white photo) and - right after I enstalled the "all-plexi" hood on MY "88", "Jim" from Lansing, MI. bought the steel one!
