Looking for air vent hose source for a '48 98
Does anyone know where to source the 4 1/2" air vent hoses that run along the fender wells from the firewall to the radiator support?

I'm not up on 49 era stuff but I did replace the vent tube on my 55 with hose I bought from Napa, not special order just across the counter. Does this have to match exactly what came out of there for judging reasons?
