Help with 1954 Rocket engine

Hello, I need some help
I'm assembling an engine from 1954 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Coupe and have a couple of doubts: what is the place to these two bolts that show in pics?
I hope someone can help me, thanks a lot.

Lower bell housing? My '55 didn't have those raised bosses. Hmmm.

If my memory is correct, one of them is a cylinder head bolt and the shorter one is an intake manifold bolt to mount the coil bracket or the spark plug wire support.

Thanks for your answer, the one in the intake manifold for support the coil or spark plug cable make sense to me. But can't realise why the other in a cylinder head need the raised boss if it remain covered by the valve cover.
Any way your colaboration bring grat value pat to me.

Working on my 57 Olds J2 and i have this intake bolt in the back which helps hold my steel Power brake vacuum line. The long one you show would just be my guess that it might be a rear head bolt that would hold a small bracket or? Possibly on the drivers side for throttle linkage? My 57 does not have that animal.

linkage? My 57 does not have that animal.
