eccentric bolts?????????

Does anybody reproduce these? These are the bolts that line up the front bumper. I could still clean these up and use them but would love just install new ones. Also carriage bolts, elevator bolts, step bolts, or plow bolts will not work for this application . If anyone has another name for these please let me know

I tried to find new ones when I put my 57 together and did not have any luck. Cleaned up the old ones and reused them. Soaked them in coca cola to clean worked great.

I'm probably going to run a die through them, soak them, and get new washers and nuts if gets down to it. I hate using old hardware, feels like I'm cutting corners but what can we do?
