disk brakes on a 48

I have a1948 66 series ,had it for years .Years ago installed a 350 olds motor /trans out of a 72 cutlass (the cutlass had been used by the previse owner to knock down a telephone pole .) Anyway I would like to put disk brakes on the front of the 48 .Any body know what rotor/hubs and bearings/seals will fit? I don't have a problem making caliper mounts and parts. I have a lathe ,mill, press, welders ,etc. Just need to know what rotor/hubs etc.
Thanks RTP

You might try this guy: http://www.discbrakemike.com/ While he sells what he makes he might be a source of information on factory stuff that would get your conversion done.
Several kits on eBay also.
FYI There is a thread on 46-48 Oldsmobiles in the Vintage Olds subcategory. Several members including myself that read and post there regularly.
