55 Olds windshield washers

I did not keep the washer feature though it is still in the car and looks complete just because I didn't want a new strange switch/ valve on the dash or having it hanging under the dash where it could be seen. At that time I was showing the car in points events and didn't want any more points deductions than I was all ready getting. It shouldn't be that hard to rig a valve under the dash for the wiper sprayers if that function is important to you..... Tedd

Mine was just touching. I tapped it with a 16oz hammer and gained about 3/8 inch, no touchie now, can't be seen from anywhere unless if you stand on the bumper. I have heard of others that had some problems, may be a difference in batwings, don't know.... Tedd

Better news from neurosurgeon.
We received some much better news ,in my opinion ,concerning my wife's lower back problems.
Went for a visit to see a neurosurgeon, who specializes in Spine problems, and he thinks he can help her with a two and a half hour surgery, compared to the first doctors opinion that it would take 6 hours of surgery from the back and 3 hours from the side.
He wants new Test and MRI to be sure ,before the decision is made, but it sure sounds more hopeful.
Several on C.O. We're very kind to show their concern, and I want to thank you so much ,for the encouragement to get a second oplnion..
I am also going tonight to try and locate a '56 Olds. 2 dr. hardtop that I was priced about 3 yrs ago. With hopes of buying , painting and upholstering front seat and reselling ,sometime down the road. I will keep you informed about both. Larry
