1959 Super 88 2 Door Hardtop Holiday insight help!

Newbie to the forum, I have a 59 Super 88 2 Door Holiday Hardtop with 14,000 original miles that has been in a garage for the better part of 50 years plus. Debating on making it drivable or selling it but the prices are all over the place. It certainly needs gone through as it has been used as a table much longer than I’ve been alive (39 years). I have a potential buyer, but what would be a good number if I were to sell it? Overall it’s in good shape. No rust that I know of. Thanks All!

First, why was it parked in the first place. It would be worth a lot more cleaned up, running, and driving. While a 59 2dr is rare, it's not super desirable to most people outside of Oldsmobile circles. I think the way it sits, maybe $8-10k. Running maybe around $15-20 if the chrome is good.

A good start would be to get all that crap off the poor thing.

from what I understand my grandparents had a 1944 Lincoln and my grandmother said they looked like farmers when they went to town so they traded it for the Olds sometime in the mid 60s I guess. They bought it about an hour away and I’m pretty sure that’s the longest trip it’s ever been on. They had other cars so it sat in the garage “undisturbed” ever since. It’s never moved for as long as I can remember.

There were no 1944 Lincoln's or any other cars manufactured that year due to the war. Good luck with your car. It deserves to be brought back to it's glory.
