200-4r Governor Replacement

I'm replacing the Governor on my 200-4r that was sent to me by Bowtie Overdrives in order to increase my WOT upshifts from 3500 rpm to a higher rpm. My question is, are there any gaskets other than the pan gasket that I will need? Bowtie only sent me the governor and I cannot find any posts or links to a gasket or removal/installation of the governer.
Any help would greatly be appriciated, thanks.

Yes there is a gasket. If your gentile you can reuse it. Make sure the square cut Oring is installed on the shaft closest to the weights. The gaskets less than $2. I don't remember if anything else needs to be removed other than the Gov housing to R&R the gasket? Also inspect the speedo gear for wear & cracks replace as needed. Any good trans shop should have the gasket on the shelf and can answer the question.
