70 OG tag id

70 OG tag id

Anyone know why this 70 OG tag is yellow vs normal black?
did they use different colors at different plants?
and the plant code letter is missing from the vin

I have seen different colors on trans ID tags. Not sure why but could be different assembly plants.
The color that I usually see in 70 is black but occasionally blue.
