is this an original tag or reproduction? does the rivet look undisturbed?

it is stamped, the flash washed out the numbers

 

Every 1970 OW I have seen is black (though supposedly some were blue). The flash washed out the rivet as well so it is hard to tell but the upper right hand part of the rivet looks like it is dark—all the rivets I have seen have been dark colored. Without seeing the stamping I can't really tell as my tags have all the paint warn off. This one is in really good condition if its real
