That is a dual pattern bell housing so it will fit your 330. You can set it next to the trans you remove and mark the holes you will need to use to attach it to the engine so you are not trying to stab bolts into a blind hole while installing it.

Use the search function to read as much as you can about the 200-4r install. You will be able to find the answer to most any question you have. Even if you ask the same questions again, someone should answer you.

Finally found and picked one up yesterday.
History is unknown so I will price out rebuilds.

you want to be sure who ever does the build is familiar with the 2004r and isn't just the local place that builds "the best racing transmissions". Ask for some references and follow up on em. These require some attention to detail and the clearances must be followed or you will be disappointed with the final product.
