425 Flywheel Question

Would anyone here know if the factory flywheels for the 330/400/425 were made of nodular cast iron? Were these flywheels drilled for 10.5" clutches? Thanks for any help you can offer.

The ones I have are drilled for both 10.5 and 11 inch pressure plates. I have seen a reported 64 330 with just one set of holes for the 10.5 clutch. As far as material I would guess they are cast? like most other stock flywheels.

The ones I have seen had both bolt patterns for diaphragm/Borg and Beck type hats. Not for Long pressure plates. They can heat crack and can break up into pieces, especially if racing/high performance is in your plans.

Run to Rund, thank you for the information. It looks like I'll be needing an aftermarket flywheel.
