I driving and notice that the car wasn't shifting into second gear so i let off the gas and it shifted then notice it was that way on 3 and 4 too. I thought it might be just slipping. But took it to a guy where I live that works with Chip and told him about it he looked at it, and gave it backed worked for back a week has the same problem. It's not a vacuum issue either

The TH 350 only has 3 forward gears.
Are you sure it isn't a 2004R or a 700R4?
You mentioned 4 gears...
