Unfortunately, I'm not surprised.

Uh boy. Another victim of the economy. Someone's economy, who shall remain nameless.

This is unfortunate as I think they had great products for many car enthusiasts.
I often wondered how this business with such poor deliveries could get away with it. I guess they couldn't.
Hopefully a new business with similar products will emerge after the lawyers get their piece.

Very discouraging, Their product is impressive. Hopefully another investor with a stronger business sense can continue to fabricate their product with the same standard.

No, victim of a shitty run business, check out all the creditors they had. Many customers that never got product. It took over two years for my buddy to get his trans.

I bought one and the delivery date was met on time. 6 weeks. The product was as advertised and has performed flawlessly. Your friend got the shaft. Too bad he didn't get the rest of the trans on time. That is one HUGE creditor list. It's like a mile long. And they just walk away. Wow. Looks like I got really lucky. Said person shall still remain nameless.

I emailed Liberty to get info, this was their reply, so we should be able to get a "no cutting" 5 speed in the future.

" Yes that is true. We purchased the IP (intellectual property) to give us the ability to confidently sell Tremec transmissions to fit virtually any model classic car. We feel that Keisler had the best fitting kits and we did not want that information to disappear with Keisler's bankruptcy. Combining that information with Liberty's ability to supply the best shifting Tremec transmissions allows us to provide the market with the best overall package, hands down.
They will be available for sale but we are currently organizing the information.
Is there a specific vehicle you are currently looking to purchase a kit for?
Thank you for the inquiry,"

Holy $&!%...There are a lot of individual names on that list. If even half of those are individual customers out some $3-4k, there's going to be a lot of angry people.
