Harmonic Balancer 1962 F85
Hello!
I am in need of advice/assistance. The harmonic balancer on my '62 F-85 has gone bad. I can't seem to locate this part. Are they year/engine specific? I have the 155 small block V8.

There are several companies who rebuild harmonic balancers. Google is your friend.
Also assuming you have the 155 horsepower version of the 215 cubic inch engine. This engine was used in Rover vehicles in Great Britain for decades and the Brits have tonnes of goodies for them. Also keep in mind that 61-63 Buick Specials also used these engines.
Original part # is Group 0.659, p/n 578784, balancer, 61-63 F85 except Jetfire or 1963 4-barrel carb with HydraMatic. Those use p/n 585642.
